I offer free shipping in the UK and Europe over £150. Enter code FREESHIP150 at checkout.

The printer I work with takes enormous care in packaging and sending your orders. Prints are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in reinforced envelopes for A3 and robust cardboard tubes with sealed ends for A2 and A1.

Prints are dispatched within 24-48 hours, and the following delivery times apply:

UK – 2-5 working days, Royal Mail Signed For ®

EU – 7-10 working days, Royal Mail Europe

International delivery times may vary, so for more accurate information please contact me at juliette.van.rhyn@gmail.com.

If you would like to receive your order sooner, contact me and I can arrange ​special delivery.

If you order from outside the EU, local customs/import charges could apply. This is your responsibility to arrange with the carrier.

A3, A2, and A1 giclée prints are made-to-order, and as such I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Please check your items when they arrive. If you receive a damaged/faulty item, drop me an email with your order number and some pictures of the damage. I will send out a replacement as soon as possible, or offer a refund. Email me at juliette.van.rhyn@gmail.com with your order number to arrange.
